This page explains Fortress Finery’s shipping, return, refund, and cancellation policies for orders placed on fortressfinery.com.
Fortress Finery currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Some items may require additional fulfillment time depending on supplier inventory, product type, warehouse handling, or carrier conditions.
After shipment, most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier service, warehouse location, product availability, weather, holidays, or other shipping conditions outside our control.
Tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order ships. Please allow up to 7 business days for tracking updates to appear after carrier acceptance.
Return or refund requests must be submitted within 25 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
If approved, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or return instructions based on the situation.
Non-defective returns are accepted within 25 days of delivery.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original packaging, parts, accessories, and documentation included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns. Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, or once the claim has been reviewed and approved.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider. Please allow up to 25 days after the returned item is received and inspected for the refund to be processed.
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page or by email at fortressfinery@gmail.com.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed if the order has already been processed, packed, or sent to the warehouse for fulfillment.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, you may request a return under this policy after delivery.
If tracking shows an order as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first to confirm the delivery location.
Fortress Finery may require a non-delivery claim, written confirmation from the local carrier or post office, or other supporting documentation before issuing a refund or replacement.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, holidays, warehouse delays, labor interruptions, incorrect shipping information, or other events outside our control.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Fortress Finery is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
